The new Alce Nero pasta is made with organic
Italian durum wheat exclusively from Lombardy, Tuscany, Lazio, Basilicata, Puglia and Sicily. Special bronze drawing to shape the pasta gives it a rough surface, ideal for sauces to cling to. Lengthy drying at low temperatures, used to keep the precious nutritional properties of the raw material unchanged, completes a rigorous
processing cycle, in which all of the emphasis is
on product quality. Alce Nero pasta is available in
white and wholemeal versions. |
