Kamut® pasta

Kamut®, ancestor of durum wheat, was discovered thousands of years ago between Egypt and Mesopotamia. It is a highly digestible wheat, rich in proteins and minerals. Alce Nero Kamut® pasta is available in white and wholemeal versions in the following shapes: spaghetti and penne rigate. Kamut® pasta has a strong, buttery flavour.
