Pasta Bolognese

Ingredients (serves 3):
250g Alce Nero Organic Pasta
350g Alce Nero Organic Tomato Sauce with Vegetables
2 tablespoons Alce Nero Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove garlic
400g ground beef or pork
4 tablespoons dry white wine
salt and black pepper, to taste
250ml beef stock, homemade or from stock cube
4 tablespoons heavy cream
Method:
Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the garlic and cook, stirring, until golden. Add the meat and cook on medium heat until thoroughly cooked, breaking up any lumps and stirring frequently. Lower the heat and stir in the wine and the salt and pepper, simmer for 5 min. Add the tomato sauce, and gradually introduce the stock, stirring occasionally, until it becomes absorbed
Pour in the cream and simmer for 10min, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook the pasta, drain and set aside. Pour the sauce over the pasta and toss. Serve immediately
